Losing weight ain't easy, or nobody would be overweight! Don't forget, even as we compete, that we are really competing with ourselves, working toward becoming better men &amp; women, who make healthy decisions and enjoy life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip for the Week: drink up! Some fitness professionals recommend 4 ounces of water per 15:00 of exercise, and drinking half of your body weight in water. I know that's a lot of water, but being hydrated is an important component of weight loss, so chug a lug!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;See below for the competition stats as of today.
